This paper has dwindled to a shadow of what it once was, but it's still our only option, as we've been told that no carrier for Greenville News delivers to our address. I didn't record the dates but we have been shorted at least 6 times this year, and I called to report all of them. This isn't the first time we haven't received a paper. It appears that that paper didn't get produced and I will have to settle for the paper for Dec. 24th or 25th the paper for today (the 23rd) would be a three-in-one edition. It was announced in yesterday's edition that there would be no paper for Dec. I'm registering yet another complaint concerning failure to deliver my newspaper (Spartanburg Herald-Journal), and an inability to reach a human being when I call their telephone number. What it is going to take to make that happen? I have spoken to multiple customer service representatives and their managers in a foreign country that can do nothing except register my complaint. He doesn’t have a computer and frankly at 95, why would he? I have been told since May that there is an ongoing investigation being done. I have been told that he could look at the paper online. He now has credits through the end of the year. This week my Dad received two papers for the first time but no more since then. I have called, emailed, used the automated service- all to no satisfaction. I drove the route and could see that others received their papers. First a few papers missing then no deliveries at all. In May of this year, once again deliveries began to waver. I was told a district manager would be taking over the route. I called multiple times and found out after many attempts that the carrier had personal issues and she was being replaced. Last August, he began to have problems with delivery.

My father has had an account with the Spartanburg Herald Journal for over 50 years and has never moved from his address.
